| Brian has been involved in insurance for over 30 years and has probably won more National Awards than any other Insurance Broker in the UK. He has always been at the forefront of new product design and delivery. Karma is the culmination of his many years of experience. |

| Helen has come from a Facilities Management background (10 years) where she was the Project Support Manager and is used to providing a high level of customer service in a busy environment. Helen is responsible for ensuring that all of the day–to–day operations within Karma work smoothly and efficiently. |
| Personal: | Helen hales from the North East of England but now resides in the Midlands with her husband David (and cat Jake Richards). |

| Interest: | Playing tennis, hill walking, watching cross country horse trails, reading and avoiding sprouts. |

| I.T Specialist and Marketing Consultant for Central & Eastern Europe |
| Having worked in the UK, Germany and Czech Republic, Dominic has been in the customer service sector for over 15 years. As a valuable member of the executive team, Dominic is responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are met and Karma continually provides best-in-class service and solutions for our policy holders. |
| Personal: | Living in the Czech Republic since 2000, Dominic is married to Dagmar, a full time singer with the world renowned Prague Philharmonic Choir. |

| Interest: | Apart from enjoying some of the finest beer in the world, Dominic also plays Golf and is trying very hard to quit smoking! |
