Welcome to Karma Insurance
As a policyholder of Karma we provide you with a unique membership card which contains you name, policy number and details on how you can claim on the reverse.
If you have taken the option to pay by cash your membership card also acts as your payment card at Pay Point outlets.
Pay Point Key Facts
Over 20,000 payment terminals are in operation across the UK.
Over 16,000 outlets using dedicated PayPoint terminals are located in convenience stores, garages, forecourts, supermarkets and off licences up and down the country.
The Pay Point network, by the nature of its outlets, provides long and convenient opening hours.
Where can I pay?
There are over 16,000 payment collection terminals, located in newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets, garages and off-licences near to you.
To find out where you can pay please enter either the name of the town you want to search or the first part of the post code in the Nearest Outlet Finder and we will give you a list of your nearest stores.
What can I pay
In addition to paying for your Karma insurance policy, you can charge your gas or electricity meter, pay a bill, top up your mobile phone or even pay towards your holiday, PayPoint is the place to go.
Eco – Friendly
Each payment you make to us in premiums contributes the amount of £1.00 for every £100.00 to the World Land Trust who is dedicated to protecting the rainforest and our environment.
At Karma we are concerned about our Planet. The Insurance and Financial Services Sector are responsible for a huge waste of paper (trees) – sending unnecessary documents which nobody reads.
All our documents are sent to your members’ area and can be viewed at any time. Claims are dealt with where possible by email.
You only need your membership card which gives you all you need to know if you have a claim.
