Telephone Karma Claims Services to notify your claim shown on your membership card or in your members area.

Ask for your claims reference number.
|
Provide a contact telephone number.
|
|
Complete the online claims notification form and email it to us including the reference number you have been given. You cannot give us initial notification on line. YOU MUST TELEPHONE US.
This form is accessed from your members’ area.

You should if possible notify us within 24 hours of your claim occurring.
|
|
You may be asked to sign a claim form which you will be sent via the post depending on the type of claim.
|
|
|
In respect of theft, loss or malicious damage you must notify the POLICE and obtain a crime number which you will need to put on your claims notification form.
|
|
|
You must not carry out work or replace items without prior approval. We have a rapid replacement scheme for consumer durables, laptops / palm tops and pedal cycles.
|
|
|
We will deal with your claim by email where possible to the email address you provided at the time you registered with us.
|
|
|
You will be advised if it is necessary for an adjuster to visit you. (This depends on the circumstances and amount of your claim).
|
|
You may be asked to provide documentary evidence by post.
