| I found karma insurance mainly for its extreme sports travel insurance - I first tried to buy the insurance and it didn't go through due to technical problems with the site. I emailed the support team and got an answer from Helen Richards on the first working day and she handled the issue in a very polite, professional and efficient manner. With such a great support team I will be buying from Karma again!

| I had trouble filling the Medical Questionnaire in as I am not a IT person, so I had to telephone the Company.
The staff were helpful and filled the form in for me.
I again had to phone regarding a query and they were
still patient, Very helpful and quick with any answers.
If they did not know they emailed me back the same
day, Thanks to their efficient help. I had a worry free holiday. |

| This is the third time I have used Karma and everything has been easy and straight forward. They are one of the few companies that offer me cover for a pre existing medical condition, without extortionate prices. Also I had to contact them in May and they could not have been more helpful and the outcome was satisfying. I will be using them in the future. |

| It was hassle free to set up our travel insurance to the USA, even though one of our group had suffered a heart attack and bypass a few years ago.

| As seniors we are finding it increasingly difficult to get reliable cost-effective travel insurance for holidays. My (minor) medical condition of Hypertension and (previously) high cholesterol always seem to double the original cost. It was very refreshing to find Karma who made the whole experience simple and the final costs did not break the bank!
Considering that a competitive company who specialise in Seniors over 55 wanted more than 5 times Karma's quote says it all. |

| I don't know why but I put off getting a travel policy & was unfortunate to have a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis a few weeks before my travel date to America. I also had other medical problems that were under control with medication & my husband was also on medication for recently diagnosed high blood pressure, so when I tried to look for a quote I didn't know how we were going to manage to pay the excessive £300+ for a policy with other insurance companies. That was until I obtained a qoute from Karma. My policy was £77 and that covered ALL of our medical problems which really put my mind at rest that if anything should happen during our holiday we would be covered!!
I will definately use Karma again and I have reccommended them to family and friends already!! |

Having diabetes menas that I have to look for a travel insurance that will cover this medical conditon. with other insurance companies that I have used in recent years the online screening has often been a slow and laborius proccess, with karma it was all relatively straightforward and considerbaly cheaper as well .
The prefesionalisim of the website definately inspired confidence in that the product I was purchasing was of quality

| My husband is a renal transplant patient of 17 years is in very good health but got diabetes and high blood pressure two years ago which are both controlled with medication yet when we try to get insurance to go on holiday he is penalized for it so when I read an artical in the paper about your company that you don't discriminate against people with a controlled illness I remebered your name and it was quick and easy to do on line considering I am also a novice on the computer I would also certainly recommend your company to all my family and friends for such a good price

| I am, quite frankly, stunned at how easy it was to get a policy with Karma.
Most other sites don't want to know as soon as they realise you are disabled/have pre-existing medical conditions, but Karma couldn't have done more to ensure we would be covered.
Other companies charge through the roof for disabilities and ailments, but my policy couldn't have been cheaper.
I can't recommend you highly enough. |

| As a Diabetic with well controlled diabetes I thought that DIabetes UK would be the obvious choice, but a quote of £395 for 2 weeks on the Queen Mary 2, whcich covered everything except the diabetes rapidly convinced me otherwise. Kama acknowledged that well controlled Diabtes was not a problem and the insurance for myself and my wife had no loading or restrictions. It wa also nearly 1/10 of the cost! |
